Billing, refunds & cancellation

Payment processor and statement descriptor

Polari Premium subscriptions are billed through CCBill, our third-party payment processor. Charges typically appear on your statement as CCBill*Polari. CCBill, not Polari, holds your card data.

Plans and renewals

Premium is offered as a weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring subscription. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term using the payment method on file until you cancel. The price and term are shown at checkout and on the Premium page.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through CCBill's self-service portal at support.ccbill.com. CCBill verifies your subscription with the email or last 4 digits of the card used at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the term already paid for.

You can also email billing@polari.men and we will assist with the cancellation.

Refunds

If you believe a charge is in error, you used Premium very little within the current term, or you encountered a problem we could not resolve, email billing@polari.men within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith. Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion and processed via CCBill back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, since most billing questions are resolved quickly by email. Repeated chargebacks may result in suspension of the account on file.
